Shipping And Returns
We ship all water systems free UPS Ground. Our free shipping covers only mainland US residences. For international or faster shipping, please contact customer support for a quote. We usually ship all systems within 1-3 business days from our Southern California facility. Once the item(s) have left our warehouse we will forward you a UPS tracking number to track the delivery of your order.
All water systems are shipped and packaged pre-loaded with media inside ready for installation. Depending on the system there will be 2-3 boxes with sediment filter and parts.
It is up to the customer to inspect the boxes and contents and report any damages within 48 hours after delivery. Any broken parts from delivery will be replaced. We do not warrant any damaged parts during installation or personal transportation after delivery.
Returns and Satisfaction Guarantees
We provide a 90 Days try it and love it guarantee. If you are at all unhappy with the system, simply contact our customer support and ship the items boxed back to us. The customer is responsible for any return shipping. The items must return back to us with all of the original contents and packaging. The customer also must get a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prior approval prior to returning. Once we get the system without damages, we will submit the full refund minus our original shipping charges.
FilterSmart (Neptune Online LLC) reserves the right to not accept returns after 90 days of the ship date.

If you are the original purchaser of the Product and you are not satisfied with this Product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within ninety (90) days of the original purchase and receive a full refund minus our original shipping charges. FILTERSMART must be notified within the 90 days of a request to return via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone.
