📦 Free Shipping in the Continental USA
We offer free shipping on all orders over $180 within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 5 business days from the time your order is placed. If you order over the weekend, your shipment will go out the next business day we’re open.
We ship all systems pre-loaded with media and ready to install — no messy filling or assembly required. Depending on the system size, your order may arrive in multiple boxes to ensure safe delivery.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Occasionally, tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. If you need help locating your shipment, our support team is here to help.
📦 Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
We do not re-ship undelivered or refused packages — you’ll need to place a new order.
📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Freight shipments must be inspected at delivery and any damage must be noted with the carrier. We may request photos to assist in the claim process.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 6-month satisfaction guarantee on our systems. If you’re not satisfied, you may return the product in original condition for a refund.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If you choose to return your system, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Once we receive the returned system, our team will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method — minus the original shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.
Product Exchange
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us and we’ll send a prepaid return label. Once we receive the return, we’ll ship your replacement.
If you want to exchange for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
If you are the original purchaser of the Product and you are not satisfied with this Product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within 6 Months of the original purchase and receive a full refund minus our original shipping charges. FILTERSMART must be notified within the 6 Months of a request to return via email (support@filtersmart.com) or phone.
