Installation
All FilterSmart water systems are shipped pre-loaded with filtering media inside the tanks. Sediment pre-filter and housing units are shipped in separate boxes.
All FilterSmart systems are installed on the main water line at the point of entry. This can be in the garage or outside the home by the shut off valve.
Installation is easy for anyone with basic plumbing knowledge. There are no electricity, no extra drains or by passes. Simply reroute the main line through the system and back out the main water line. Installation is easy for any DIY home owner.
You can also have you local plumber easily install the system for an average $200 depending on installation. Once installed, there is no maintenance, just change the sediment pre-filter annually which is easy for any homeowner to do in about a minute.
