How it works

Stage 1

A sediment pre-filter with a 5-micron rating efficiently captures rust and debris from water sources. Its design prevents these larger particles from causing clogs or damage to plumbing and appliances. Replace the pre filter inside the blue housing every 8-10 months.

Stage 2 & 3

Using Votrex technology our uplow design tank mixes upward through the fiberglass mineral tank. This step eliminates the need for electricity or backwashing to reset the media bed.

Our proprietary catalytic carbon/KDF media is effective at removing chlorine, chloramine, VOC’s, Industrial solvents, heavy metals, lead, arsenic, chromium, PFOS, trihalomethanes and more. The porous structure of activated carbon provides a large surface area for adsorption as well as KDF media, allowing it to attract and trap these impurities as water passes through the filter.

Step 4

Our salt-free water softener works by altering the behavior of minerals like calcium and magnesium in water. It uses a special media to catalyze the formation of microscopic crystals, which reduces the minerals' ability to attach to surfaces and form scale, effectively preventing hard water buildup without removing the minerals from the water.

Yes. However it does not remove iron, hydrogen sulfide or manganese. It should be pre treated prior to our salt free systems if you have this in your well water.

The whole house carbon filter media comes with a 5 year or 1,000,000 gallon guarantee. We guarantee the carbon reducing chlorine toun detectable levels for that period. When the carbon media needs to bere placed, simply order a replacement bag of carbon, dump out the expired media, and refill the tanks with new media. Our salt-free water softener media generally will never need to be replaced!

The sediment pre-filter (inside the big blue housing) needs to be replaced every 8-10 months. This can be done by any homeowner.

Anyone with basic plumbing skills can easily install our systems. If you don’t know someone with basic plumbing skills, any local plumber will have no problem with the installation. If you need help finding a plumber, you can contact us to see if we have local plumbers in your area.

Our systems are typically installed at the point where the main water line enters your home. This ensures that all water distributed throughout the house, including taps, showers, and appliances, is filtered. The filter is usually placed in a basement, utility room, or garage, or outside where the main water supply enters the home.
