Shipping & Delivery

We ship all water systems free UPS Ground.  Our free shipping covers only mainland US residences.  For international or faster shipping, please contact customer support for a quote.  We usually ship all systems within 1-3 business days from our Southern California facility. 

All water systems are shipped and packaged pre-loaded with media inside ready for installation.  Depending on the system there will be 2-3 boxes with sediment filter and parts.


Returns and Satisfaction Guarantees

We provide a 90 Days try it and love it guarantee.  If you are at all unhappy with the system, simply contact our customer support and ship the items boxed back to us.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.  The customer also must get a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prior approval prior to returning.  Once we get the system without damages, we will submit the full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed with FILTERSMART we will submit an order directly to the shipping department on your behalf.  This typically occurs within a 12-hour period after an order is placed by the customer.  Once this step has been completed, Neptune Online LLC and FilterPure LLC and thus the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise.


For this reason, we don't accept order cancellations once the 12-hour window has passed.  At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details.  It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in the e-mail receipt is correct.  If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 12-hour window, FilterSmartWater.com.com will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer.  Any cancellation of the order after this point must be submitted in writing through our contact form.  The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees that may apply.
